The third wave of the corona is not as intense as the second wave - ICMR

In India, even if the third wave of the corona arrives, the ICMR predicts that it will not be as intense as the second wave corona. Scientists say.

Over the next few months, the ICMR will be in a state where a third wave of corona is expected to occur in India. On behalf of the mathematical theory, studies were done on what its impact would be. Only then, 'by the time the third wave hits, will a significant number of people in India be vaccinated. Due to this, the impact of the corona is somewhat reduced. The third wave will not be as intense as the second wave. '

The corona strain, which causes third wave damage, will definitely face new variation. It is said that such a new strain may be immune and easily transmitted.

However, scientists predict that the vaccine will prevent its spread. It is estimated that if 40% of the population takes both doses of the vaccine within the next 3 months (i.e. by the time the second wave is completely gone), the hospital admission rate will drop by more than 55%.

At present, only 20% of Indians have been vaccinated with the first dose. Only 4% of them have received both doses of the vaccine. By the end of 2021, the federal government has set a target of vaccinating 94.4 crore Indians, all over the age of 18. If this is fully accomplished, it will be much easier for the state to deal with the third wave corona.
